Monarch was cofounded by Richard Adams and Mikie Krisztal two experienced builders at the intersection of hardware AI and human centered design.

Richard Adams is a builder of category-defining hardware and AI products who has founded and scaled multiple tech companies to successful exits. Most recently as CEO and CTO of HygieneIQ he led the company from prototype to acquisition by SC Johnson after raising capital from angels through Series B. A full lifecycle leader Richard has cut costs by 15 percent improved delivery times by 50 percent and contributed engineering work to products including Apple AirPods Power Beats and Solo Wireless. With deep expertise in IoT AI Bluetooth firmware mechanical engineering and signal processing he turns complex ideas into reliable trusted products for families.

Mikie Krisztal is the founder and CEO of The Alchemy Agency as well as a painter, writer and host of the Kill the Lizard podcast. An experienced entrepreneur with one successful exit as founder, Mikie has spent the past two decades launching more than ten brands and leading creative and executive teams from concept to market success. His brands and products have appeared in Target Best Buy Amazon and even on Shark Tank. With hands on expertise in product design development content and marketing Mikie brings the creative and emotional intelligence that bridges technology and storytelling ensuring Monarch feels as human as it is smart.
